Use

The T3 MMA 4oz Gloves are specifically designed for MMA training and competition. • Large – hand circumference approx. 21–23 cm
• X-Large – hand circumference from 23 cm

Between two sizes? Choose the larger one, especially if you want to train with hand wraps under the glove.
