These are the measurements of the garment itself, not of your body. Lay a well-fitting pair of joggers flat, measure them and compare with the table.

How to measure
Waist width: measure the waistband in a relaxed state from left to right and double it.
Trouser length: from the top edge of the waistband to the bottom edge of the leg, on the outside.
Hip width: measure the widest part of the hip and double it.
All measurements in centimetres. As these are measured by hand, a measurement may vary by 2–3 cm.
