How long does it take to deliver my order?
Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First, take a close look at the delivery time of your product. Below you will find an overview of the different products and delivery times.
With your order you will find the estimated delivery time for each product and/or size. This can vary depending on the product and brand. As soon as we send you a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code, you can track the shipment of your parcel.
Click here to find out the exact delivery date once it has been shipped. Note: If your parcel was shipped with Packs, you cannot request the track-and-trace code via the link above. You will receive this exclusively by e-mail.
All products are immediately available from our own warehouse
Orders that are immediately available and placed before 23:59 are shipped from our warehouse the same day* (Monday to Thursday) and collected by one of our reliable logistics partners. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your parcel. Our courier service delivers the order the next day to your chosen location in the Netherlands.
*: This delivery time only applies if you choose evening delivery. If you choose standard shipping or the delivery address is not in the Netherlands, you will receive the parcel the next working day if you order before 17:00.
If you place an order on Friday after 17:00, Saturday or Sunday, where all products are immediately available, you will receive it the following Monday.
Are you ordering a parcel that is heavier than 10 kg or larger than 60 x 40 x 40 cm? You may then receive the order one working day later.
One or more products have a delivery time and must be ordered from the supplier
In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time and are ordered from the supplier. The delivery time is stated for each product under Availability. If you place an order with multiple products, of which one or more products have a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order.
In the busy months of November and December, it is possible that your order will not be shipped within the promised delivery time. We do everything to deliver your parcel on time, but we, our suppliers and our logistics partners have to deal with larger volumes.
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and parcels with different dimensions or weights are shipped with Packs and A7 Logistics. This courier service works, just like our other logistics partners, with a tracking code with live updates to track your order. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, different delivery times apply. Through the track & trace code you will find current information about the delivery time of your parcel.

We only ship our orders with reliable logistics partners, namely: PostNL, GLS, DHL, Packs and A7 Logistics.
