Who participates
All private customers who order on thefightcompany.de collect automatically. Registration is not necessary. Business and wholesale orders are excluded. The programme is provided by TFC Trading Group B.V., Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen, Netherlands.
Collecting points
You collect 5 points per euro (Silver 6, Gold 7, Platinum 10) on the paid goods value after discount. No points are awarded on shipping costs, vouchers and sale items with more than 30 % discount on the crossed-out price. Points are credited 30 days after dispatch. In the event of a return, the points for that item are forfeited.
Level
Your level is based on your orders in the last 12 months: Bronze (5 %), Silver from €500 (6 %), Gold from €750 (7 %) and Platinum from €1,000 (10 %). Orders count as soon as the points for them have been credited; your level is recalculated daily.
Extra points
For a friend who orders for the first time via your link, you receive 250 points. For a product review you receive 100 points, with photo 200, once per product. In your birthday month you receive 250 points once a year; you can enter your birthday once. For each year as a customer with an order in the last year you receive 250 points. For promotions with double or triple points, the period and selection of the respective promotion apply.
Inviting friends
Your friend receives €5 discount on their first order over €50. This applies only to new customers. Self-invitations or fake accounts are not permitted.
Redemption
From 500 points (€5) you create a discount code. 100 points are worth €1. The code is single-use, valid only with your e-mail address and for 12 months. It cannot be combined with other discount codes. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
Validity
Your points remain valid as long as you order again within 12 months. If you do not order anything for 12 months, they expire. We will remind you beforehand by e-mail if you receive our e-mails.
Abuse and changes
In the event of abuse or fraud, we may withdraw points and codes. We may amend or terminate the programme or these terms; we will announce changes in advance on this page. Points already collected will then remain redeemable for at least 3 months.
