How to measure correctly?
1: Shin length in centimetres
Measure from the lower edge of the kneecap to the top of the instep.
2: Foot length in centimetres
Measure from the ankle over the instep to just before the toes.
Fit note: Shin guards should fit snugly without slipping. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size if you have more muscular legs.
