How to measure correctly?
Measure using a flexible tape measure directly on the skin or over thin training clothes.
1: Shin section length in centimetres
Measure from just below the knee to the top of the instep area.
2: Foot section length in centimetres
Measure from the ankle over the instep to just before the toes.
Fit note: Shin guards should fit snugly without slipping or pinching. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size if you have more muscular legs.
