Venum MMA Glove Size Chart
Not sure which size you need for Venum MMA gloves? Use the table below to quickly find the right size based on your hand circumference (without hand wraps).
| Hand circumference without hand wraps | Recommended size |
|---|---|
| 16 – 18 cm | S |
| 19 – 21 cm | M |
| > 22 cm | L/XL |
How do you measure your hand circumference?
Use a flexible tape measure for the most accurate measurement. Wrap it around your hand just below the knuckles – excluding the thumb and without hand wraps. Measure snugly, but not too tight.
Fit note: MMA gloves should fit snugly without restricting the movement of your fingers. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort.
