Tip: Venum MMA Shorts and Compression Shorts generally run small. Are you between two sizes or do you have muscular thighs or wide hips? Then choose the larger size for more freedom of movement.
How do I measure my hip circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on the skin for the most accurate measurement.
- The tape should fit snugly but not dig in.
- Compression shorts should fit tightly for support, but must not be restrictive.
