Refund policy
This English translation is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding; in case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Returns & exchanges
At The Fight Company we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can easily return or exchange it through our returns portal.
Return period
You have 30 days from delivery to return items. Our loyalty programme extends this period: 60 days with Gold status and 90 days with Platinum status.
How to register your return
- Open our returns portal and enter your order details.
- Choose the items, the reason, and whether you would like a voucher, an exchange or a refund.
- You will receive your return label by e-mail: as a paper label to print or paperless with a QR code. Any costs are paid in advance in the portal.
- Hand in your parcel at the carrier within 14 days of registering. After that, the registration expires.
Your options and costs
- Voucher: you receive the full value of the goods as a voucher once your parcel has arrived and been inspected. The paper label is free.
- Exchange: a different size, a different colour or a different product. The paper label is free. For the new shipment we charge €6.95 (Bronze and without a customer account), €2.95 (Silver) or nothing (Gold and Platinum). If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference in advance; if it is cheaper, we refund the difference after inspecting your return. We ship the new item as soon as your return has been inspected.
- Refund: you receive the full purchase price of the returned items. The return label costs €6.95 (Bronze and without a customer account) or €3.95 (Silver) and is free with Gold and Platinum status.
The paperless QR label costs €1 more than the paper label in each case; with Gold and Platinum status it is free.
Defective or wrong item?
Then your return is completely free of charge for you, including any new shipment. Upload photos when you register; our customer service usually reviews them within one working day.
Condition and exceptions
- Please return items unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, mouthguards are excluded from returns and exchanges once the seal or packaging has been opened.
- Underwear, sports bras and groin guards can only be returned unopened in their sealed original packaging.
Refund
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, we refund the amount within 5 working days to the payment method used for the order.
Statutory right of withdrawal
This return policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it. Details can be found in the withdrawal information in our terms and conditions.
