Delivery costs depend on the order value. The following rates apply identically to Germany and Austria.

Free delivery is not generally available. It applies exclusively to orders with an order value of € 80 or more. For lower order values, the delivery costs listed above apply. This makes it clear when "free" applies.
Premium delivery (additional insurance)
For extra security you can select Premium delivery at checkout. This option is charged as a surcharge on top of the standard delivery costs.

Partial deliveries

Deliveries outside the EU
We deliver worldwide. For orders to a country outside the European Union, for example Switzerland or the USA, the destination country may levy customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are not included in the product price or delivery costs and are borne by the recipient. The delivery service usually collects them on delivery.
