Venum BJJ Gi Size Chart
Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size for your BJJ gi. The chart is based on height and arm length. Please note slight shrinkage after the first washes (approximately 2–3% at 30 °C).
| Gi Size | Height (cm) | Arm Length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| A0 | 150 – 156 | 146 |
| A1 | 157 – 163 | 152 |
| A1.5 | 164 – 170 | 158 |
| A2 | 171 – 177 | 166 |
| A2.5 | 178 – 184 | 172 |
| A3 | 185 – 191 | 178 |
| A4 | 192 – 200 | 184 |
| A5 | 200 – 215 | 190 |
Tip: between two sizes? Choose based on your height and build: if you have a broader chest or shoulders – choose the larger size. For competitions the gi may fit tighter; for training, a bit more freedom of movement is more comfortable.
How do I measure my size?
- Height: measure from the crown of your head to your heel, without shoes.
- Arm length: measure from the shoulder to the wrist whilst your arm is slightly bent.
- Preferably measure in sportswear for a realistic fit.
- Wash cold (max. 30 °C) and air dry to avoid additional shrinkage.
All measurements are in centimetres.
